One of our favorite dishes is the Bun Bo Hue, although we can savor this Vietnamese dish of the central region of Hue in a myriad of local, the best of all of them is Mon Hue (Món Huế).
It's a chain of restaurants, winner of several culinary awards, that have several restaurants scattered by different districts of Ho Chi Minh City.
Mon Hue Restaurant - Specialty Bun Bo Hue

The best restaurant in all Ho Chi Minh City to enjoy fish and Seafood Grill is Barbecue Garden, street Khoi Nghia Nam Ky # 135, Near the Nam Son Restaurant and Reunification Palace. Prices are higher than any of the rest of the restaurants that I indicated here, but their prices are derisory compared with Spain (Seafood Grill for 9€).
The waiters speak English, the menu is in several languages and accept credit card.
