  • 1 kg of beef skirt
  • 1/2 kg of oxtail
  • white bones
  • 2 turnips long Chinese or 5 small turnips
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 package rice noodles for Pho
  • Fish sauce
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • Basil leaves
  • Thai Sriracha chilli sauce
  • 1 fresh ginger
  • fresh red chillies
  • 4 pills empowering of taste of pho
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • Chinese spices (fennel, cinnamon, cardomomos, keys)
  • Bean sprouts

Development of Vietnamese Pho Recipe

  • Add 2.5 liters of water in a pot, add meat, bones, and put to cook for 15 minutes.
