Khone Phapheng falls are open every day of the week from 08:00 to 17:00 hours uninterruptedly. The price of the ticket are 30,000 kip per person (approximately 3€). The ticket is valid only on the day, purchased directly at the box office which is at the entrance to the Khone Phapheng falls.

Getting to the Khone Phapheng Falls
The Khone Phapheng falls are located in This of the island Don Khone, the largest island of Phan Don (4000 islands of the Mekong). Reaching the falls is relatively easy, the problem is to get to the island Don Khon.
From Pakse, a van can take or mini-bus to the ferry to Don Khon, the price is 60,000 kip (approximately 6€), the ferry to the island Don Khon are 15,000 kip (about 1€). Once in the island Don Khon well can rent a bike for 10,000 kip (1€), rent a scooter by 90,000 kip (9€), or hire some Lao with a motorcycle with sidecar driver (no taxis or rental cars).
